8. Payments

All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

By completing your purchase, you authorise Stripe to process your payment using its secure payment platform.

OhChat does not store your complete debit or credit card details.

Access to purchased content is granted once payment has been successfully authorised.

9. Refund Policy

Because the products sold on this Website are digital products delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

Once payment has been successfully completed, your order cannot be cancelled and refunds will not be issued because:

  • You changed your mind.
  • You no longer wish to view the content.
  • You purchased the wrong episode.
  • You expected future episodes to be included.
  • You have already streamed or downloaded the content.
  • You no longer have access to your device or email address.

Refunds will only be considered where:

  • The purchased content cannot be accessed due to a fault with the Website.
  • The download repeatedly fails because of a technical issue under our control.
  • The file supplied is corrupted and cannot reasonably be replaced.
  • A duplicate payment has been processed in error.

Where a technical issue can be resolved by restoring access or supplying a replacement download, this will be done before any refund is considered.
